Chrome for Mac OS X & Linux users

Last Friday Google said that it hopes to release Chrome for Mac OS X and Linux sometime in the middle of this year, and it released a new version Wednesday that answers all the question users and asked for. Extensions.

Google has high hopes for Chrome-in particular, the Internet giant wants it to have better performance, so browsing the Web is faster and so also web-based applications are more powerful. Now Google is adding some missing pieces that Chrome needs in order to attain more users..

Brian Rakowski, Chrome's product manager, said "the company wants to release Chrome for Mac and Linux before the first half of 2009 is up".

There aim is to be the number one web browser in the world, and they say that making chrome for Mac and linux users.That will help them alot.

But will Mac and linux user switch to Chrome. Mac users will probably be using Safari and must Linux users that i no use Firefox. So will they switch to the brand new chrome?
